Crash on app startup

I rate this app a 2 star compared to what i normally would (4 to 5 star) because everytime I try to start the app it crashes.

When I could open the app it was amazing. Great tool and lots of options.

I would love some help if possible but I have done everything on my end I can. However I go have a 4th gen I touch so that might be the issue.
